O-Key Smart Fideuram

O-Key Smart Fideuram è l’applicazione di Fideuram per generare il codice O-Key direttamente dal tuo smartphone ed utilizzare i Servizi Online di Fideuram in modo veloce e sicuro.

L’applicazione è gratuita, per utilizzarla è necessario aver aderito ai Servizi Online di Fideuram.

Se sei in possesso del dispositivo fisico - chiavetta O-Key – oppure hai scelto di ricevere il codice O-Key via SMS, scarica l’app e segui le istruzioni indicate per attivare il servizio. Occorreranno i tuoi codici di accesso e ti sarà inviato un codice di sicurezza sul numero di cellulare che hai indicato per i Servizi Online. Se hai la chiavetta O-Key, ti sarà inoltre richiesto di utilizzarla un’ultima volta per generare il codice O-Key, mentre se hai scelto O-Key SMS dovrai inserire a conferma il codice O-Key ricevuto via SMS.

Se sei in possesso della chiavetta O-Key o hai O-Key SMS, ma non hai ancora effettuato il primo accesso ai Servizi Online di Fideuram, effettua il tuo primo accesso all’internet banking dal sito web e crea il tuo codice PIN, successivamente attiva O-Key Smart utilizzando i tuoi codici di accesso.

Se invece sei un nuovo cliente e hai scelto O-Key Smart Fideuram in fase di adesione ai Servizi Online, scarica l’app e segui le istruzioni per attivare il servizio. Sarà necessario il tuo Codice Titolare e per confermare l’abilitazione ti sarà inviato un codice di sicurezza sul numero di cellulare che hai indicato in fase di adesione ai Servizi Online. Dovrai creare il Codice PIN direttamente nell’app.

Una volta attivato il servizio, l’app riconoscerà automaticamente l’utenza associata e per perfezionare il login e autorizzare le operazioni, dovrai semplicemente inserire il tuo codice PIN.

Al posto del codice PIN potrai utilizzare le funzionalità di Touch ID/Finger Print o Face ID, se il tuo dispositivo le supporta.

L’app O-Key Smart Fideuram, in linea con quanto previsto dalla direttiva europea sui pagamenti PSD2, invia i codici O-Key tramite notifiche push, per singola operazione e transazione, identificata per importo e beneficiario, garantendo in tal modo ancora maggiore sicurezza online. Il codice O-Key ha una validità di 30 secondi, dopo di che sarà necessario tornare sul sito www.fideuramonline.it o sull’app Fideuram per ricevere una nuova notifica.

Per il corretto funzionamento del servizio devi attivare le notifiche per l’app O-Key Smart dalle impostazioni del tuo smartphone.

Inoltre, se usi anche l’app Fideuram, l’app O-Key Smart e l’app Fideuram devono essere installate sullo stesso smartphone ed è necessario cancellare tutte le eventuali copie dell’app O-Key Smart scaricate su altri device. L’app è utilizzabile su un solo dispositivo alla volta.

Se utilizzi l’app Fideuram, il codice generato dall’app Okey Smart sarà automaticamente richiamato all’interno della funzionalità che stai utilizzando: le due applicazioni infatti comunicano per un utilizzo immediato e sicuro dei Servizi Online dal tuo smartphone.

Se disponi di una chiavetta O-Key, all’attivazione del servizio sarà automaticamente disabilitata, senza alcun onere. La chiavetta O-Key è un dispositivo elettronico, per il suo smaltimento segui le indicazioni previste per i dispositivi RAEE dal tuo Comune.

Nel caso lo smartphone risulti offline, e dunque non sia possibile ricevere notifiche push, il codice O-Key viene inviato via SMS sul cellulare certificato.

O-Key Smart Fideuram is the Fideuram application to generate the O-Key code directly from your smartphone and use Fideuram Online Services in a fast and secure way.

The application is free, to use it you must have joined the Fideuram Online Services.

If you are in possession of the physical device - O-Key key - or you have chosen to receive the O-Key code via SMS, download the app and follow the instructions indicated to activate the service. You will need your access codes and a security code will be sent to you on the mobile phone number you indicated for Online Services. If you have the O-Key, you will also be asked to use it one last time to generate the O-Key, while if you have chosen O-Key SMS you will have to enter the O-Key code received via SMS as confirmation.

If you are in possession of the O-Key or you have O-Key SMS, but you have not yet made the first access to the Fideuram Online Services, make your first access to internet banking from the website and create your PIN, then activate O-Key Smart using your access codes.

If you are a new customer and you have chosen O-Key Smart Fideuram when joining the Online Services, download the app and follow the instructions to activate the service. You will need your Code Holder and to confirm the authorization a security code will be sent to you on the mobile phone number you indicated when signing up for the Online Services. You will need to create the PIN code directly in the app.

Once the service is activated, the app will automatically recognize the associated user and to complete the login and authorize operations, you will simply have to enter your PIN.

Instead of the PIN you can use the Touch ID / Finger Print or Face ID features, if your device supports them.

The O-Key Smart Fideuram app, in line with the provisions of the European PSD2 payment directive, sends O-Key codes via push notifications, for each operation and transaction, identified by amount and beneficiary, thus ensuring even greater security online. The O-Key code is valid for 30 seconds, after which it will be necessary to return to the www.fideuramonline.it website or to the Fideuram app to receive a new notification.

For the correct operation of the service you must activate the notifications for the O-Key Smart app from the settings of your smartphone.

Furthermore, if you also use the Fideuram app, the O-Key Smart app and the Fideuram app must be installed on the same smartphone and you must delete all the copies of the O-Key Smart app downloaded on other devices. The app can be used on only one device at a time.

If you use the Fideuram app, the code generated by the Okey Smart app will automatically be recalled within the functionality you are using: in fact, the two applications communicate for an immediate and secure use of the Online Services from your smartphone.

If you have an O-Key key, when the service is activated it will be automatically disabled, without any charge. The O-Key is an electronic device, for its disposal, follow the indications provided for WEEE devices by your Municipality.

If the smartphone is offline, and therefore it is not possible to receive push notifications, the O-Key code is sent via SMS to the certified mobile phone.
